Curd cheesecake

Crush 4 digestive biscuits in a baking tin.

Mix 1 and a half pounds of curd cheese (if you can't get this a mix of Philadelphia light and extra light will work well) with 8 table spoons of sugar.

Cook for half an hour in an oven heated to 180 degrees celcius.Mix 10 oz of sour cream with 1 table spoon of sugar and add on top of existing ingredients.

Cook for 10 minutes at same temperature.

This is the basic recipe though I reckon it could be augmented by adding a brulee topping and/or perhaps some cardamon seeds or something similar.
