Cambourne - every third Friday of the month

Cambridge market - every Sunday - 10.30 - 4.30pm

Comberton - every second Saturday of the month -

Ely - every second and fourth Saturday of the month - 8.30am - 2pm

Fowlmere - every second Saturday of the month  - 9am - 12pm

Great Shelford - every fourth Saturday of the month - 10am - 1pm

Huntingdon - alternate Fridays - 8am - 2pm

Impington - every third Saturday of the month - 9.30am to 12.30pm

Royston Country Market - Wednesdays and Saturdays - local produce, including fruit and vegetables, cakes and cookies, jams and chutneys, cards, crafts, plants and more - 7.30am – 1pm Corn Exchange, Market Hill

Royston mini farmer’s market - every third Saturday of the month - 12 stalls selling fruit, veg, fish and homemade provisions - 8-4pm

St Ives farmers' market - fortnightly (1st and 3rd) Saturdays - 8.30 - 2pm

Lemon delicious pudding

1 oz unsalted butter
4 oz caster sugar
1 lemon
2 eggs
1/4 pint milk
1 oz plain flour

Juice lemon and grate zest into bowl.
Add sugar.
Whip egg yolks and add.
Add plain flour.
Melt and then add butter.
Add milk.
Whip egg whites and fold into mix.
Set oven at 180 degrees and cook for 40-45 mins.
